The use of this information (including reproduction, modification, uploading, posting, transmission, distribution, licensing, sale, publication, etc.) beyond what is explicitly allowed by law for private use is prohibited without prior written permission from Chuo Gyorui.
Copyrights for texts, images, and other creative works produced by customers generally belong to the customers themselves.
When customers post their own created works on this site or provide them to Chuo Gyorui through this site, it is understood that they grant Chuo Gyorui permission to use these works for promotional and advertising purposes at no charge. Furthermore, in such instances of use, customers agree not to exercise their moral rights as authors. • Other actions that Chuo Gyorui deems inappropriate.

Proposal for New Products

At Chuo Gyorui, we do not accept proposals from customers regarding products, marketing, or other ideas and concepts (hereinafter referred to as “proposals”).
If, despite this policy, a customer submits a proposal, Chuo Gyorui is not obligated to maintain confidentiality or to review or evaluate the proposal. Furthermore, Chuo Gyorui will not be liable to the customer in any way, even if the ideas developed by Chuo Gyorui are similar to the customer’s proposal.

Linked or Linking Sites

Chuo Gyorui shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from the use of third-party websites (hereinafter referred to as linked sites) that are linked to or from this site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this site and the interpretation and application of these terms of use shall be governed by Japanese law, unless otherwise specified.
Furthermore, unless otherwise specified, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for all disputes related to the use of this site.
